היו קשובים לכל מה שבקשנו הרבה יותר מכל מלון שהייתי
השירות היה טוב, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה
אוכל טוב מקלחת חמה חדר טוב וגבוה
אהבתי המון דברים ובעיקר את היחס ללקוחות מיעל המנהלת ומעובדת בשם עינעם שנמצא בחדר אכול,התייחסה בצורה מאוד אישית ונעימה ראויה לשבח
בסך הכל מלון מאוד נחמד. אוכל טוב, נקי חדרים מרווחים ועם נוף פתוח (לא גגות בתים...) או נוף לבריכה. מבחינת המיקום - קרוב ונגיש לעיר העתיקה וכדי להגיע למרכז העיר עולים על הרכבת הקלה ונוסעים 3-4 תחנות. הבעיה העיקרית שנתקלנו בה היא החנייה: הגענו למלון וחניית המלון הייתה מלאה ?!? מול בית המלון יש מפרצים לחנייה. אף אחד מעובדי המלון לא מתריע ואומר שכמעט כל האזור אסור לחנייה, למרות ששאלנו !!! רוב המקום מוקצה לאוטובוסים, מוניות, או סתם לא ניתן להחנות בו....(גם אם קיים שילוט, כמעט ולא רואים אותו) לא ידענו - חנינו - קיבלנו דו"ח !!! כשפנינו לדלפק במלון נענינו ש"יש חניון לא רחוק מכאן...." וכשהבענו אי שביעות רצון נאמר לנו שגם חניית המלון כרוכה בתשלום - מעולם לא נתקלנו בחניית מלון, שהמתארחים בו מחוייבים בתשלום ?!? בכל אופן פרקנו את המזוודות ונסענו ל"חניון הלא רחוק...." שהיה גם לא ממש קרוב !!!! כמובן שהתענוג עלה לנו ב-50 שקלים לרכב "אהה, אתם ממלון לאונרדו, תשלמו מראש על שישי שבת... אין סיכוי שתהיה לכם חנייה..." הדבר השני שמעיב על השהות היא הבריכה הקטנטנה. בריכה מאוד קטנה, שכמובן אינה יכולה להכיל את כל אורחי המלון..... כך שביום שישי היינו צריכים לעמוד זמן מה בצד, עד שיתפנו כיסאות, וכשהתפנו התיישבנו ממש במעבר. וביום שבת לא היה שום סיכוי להתקרב לבריכה !!!! חבל.... הדבר האחרון הוא - המלון נמצא באזור של מזרח ירושלים. לנו באופן אישי הדבר לא הפריע, נהפוך הוא... יכולנו להיכנס לעיר העתיקה דרך שער יפו.... אבל כל אחד ושיקוליו....
