המלון מאוד יפה ונקי, מעוצב ברמה גבוהה\nאבל ממש התאכזבנו שביקשנו שידרוג בעקבות יום הולדת של בעלי ולא קיבלנו כלום.\nוכן החניה בתשלום לאורחי המלון.
המלון יפה במיקום מצוין מול הים, יש חניה צמודה, האוכל טעים, החדרים מאובזרים ומפוארים. \nאבל.. כשהגענו, פקידת הקבלה היתה עסוקה ונתנה לנו הסבר מועט, ממש הדפיסה לנו קבלה, נתנה דף הסבר וזהו !!!\nמיד לאחר התשלום באתרכם, קיבלתי לינק מהמלון לבצע צ\\\'ק אין מוקדם, שם היתה אפשרות לסמן העדפות וגם לציין את מטרת השהייה. אני ביקשתי קומה גבוהה וציינתי שאנו חוגגים יום הולדת לבת הזוג שלי. \nבפועל קיבלנו קומה נמוכה, קומה 3 ולא קיבלנו כלום לחדר(שוקולד, יין, או אפילו ברכה כתובה) כמו הסטנדרט ברשת פתאל. \nלמחרת בעזיבה סיפרתי לפקידת הקבלה והיא הבטיחה שהמנכ\\\"ל יתקשר אלי.. כמובן שאף אחד לא התקשר. אנחנו לא נחזור למלון הזה
