The establishment's location is approximately an 80-minute drive from Jerusalem, a 30-minute drive from Arad and a 2-hour drive from Ben Gurion Airport. It is only a few minutes walk from Isrotel Dead Sea Resort & Spa to The Dead Sea shores. All rooms of Isrotel Dead Sea Resort & Spa have balconies, most of them face The Dead Sea and Moav Mountains– the first is one of the most unique attractions in the world. The Dead Sea draws visitors from all around the world due to the medicinal qualities of The Dead Sea's water and mud. Isrotel Dead Sea Resort & Spa offers guests peace and quiet, as well as fantastic spa treatments. Visitors may purchase packages consisting of several therapies/ treatments. Occasionally, festivals and mass concerts are held in venues in The Dead Sea area and in Masada. During these events such as the annual Israeli Opera festival held in Masada, we offer packages that include accommodations, transport and tickets (to the opera in this case). Guests may choose packages that additionally include spa treatments. Guests of Moav floors (7-9 floors) have free access to Moav Lounge, as well as other benefits.

Guests of Isrotel Dead Sea's Presidential Suite can enjoy a well-designed and lavishly furnished couples' suite that includes a double bedroom, a living room and dining area, a beautiful terrace with a hot tub and a bathroom with luxurious toiletries.
The suite guests are provided with special VIP services including an alcoholic bar (daily refills), a special surprise-treat from the chef every afternoon, free access to the business lounge, a saved parking space, a gift from the hotel and more.
Isrotel Dead Sea offers a chauffeur service to and from the airport or from the guests' home.
Guests of the Presidential Suite may choose to have breakfast at either the main restaurant or at the Ranch House Dead Sea Restaurant. In case visitors wish to remain at the suite, they may request that breakfast (or brunch) will be sent to the presidential suite for no extra fees.

A guest who canceled his/hers order up until one week prior to arrival will pay a handling fee of NIS100 per room or 5% of the total deal value, whichever is the lesser.
