guest who canceled his/hers order up until one week prior to arrival will pay a handling fee of NIS100 per room or 5% of the total deal value, whichever is the lesser. In case cancelation occurs 7 days or less prior to the reserved date, the guest will pay 50% of the total reservation value. Isrotel Hotels (or a party representing it) will charge the credit card that was provided by the costumer at the initial order.
