Cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours before the arrival date or failure to arrive at the hotel without a cancellation notice - the full cost of the reservation will be charged. Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days before the arrival date or failure to arrive at the hotel without a cancellation notice - the full cost of the reservation will be charged. 6.3 Conditions and information for receiving and leaving rooms: Room check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Entry to the room on Shabbat and holiday evenings about two and a half hours after Shabbat/Holiday evening Leaving rooms: until 11:00 (on Saturdays and holidays until 14:00) Arrival and/or departure before and/or after the aforementioned hours is subject to prior approval and involves an additional payment at the sole discretion of the company.
