Cancellation within 48 hours or less - full cancellation fee The orderer will be charged by the company (or someone on its behalf) using the credit card whose details were provided to the company by the orderer. Canceling orders for a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant: A person booking accommodation who is a person with a disability as defined in the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 2008 - 1988, a senior citizen (those who have turned 65 years old) or a new immigrant (those who have not yet passed 5 years from the date they were issued an immigrant certificate or a certificate of eligibility as an immigrant from the Ministry of Aliya and reception), may cancel an order if all the conditions listed below are met: The cancellation of the order is made within four months from the date of execution of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, provided that there are more than 7 non-rest days remaining until the date of accommodation and that the conclusion of the transaction included a conversation between the dealer and the consumer, including a conversation through electronic communication. In case of cancellation as mentioned in this section, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of NIS 100 or 5% of the value of the order, whichever is lower. If a cancellation is made by a guest booking accommodation belonging to one of the populations listed in this section, the booking party shall attach to the cancellation notice a reference that he is a member of one of the above populations, in accordance with what is detailed in the Consumer Protection Law.
