בריכת ים המלח הייתה סגורה סאוונה רטובה סגורה, חמאם טורקי סגור
מאוד התרשמתי שמירה על הלקוחות כל הכבוד
שירות נחמד אנשים נחמדים. לא פעם ראשונה שאני שם. קצת התבאסנו שהבריכת ספא הייתה סגורה אבל כמובן לא תלוי בכם. כמו כן אין אפשרויות גדולות מדי באוכל לטבעונים (בעיקר בא.בוקר).
הייתי 3 ימים, סה\\\"כ נהנתי, מיקום, נקיון, SPA, אוכל היה בסדר גמור. שרות בקבלה היה לא משהו. יש בצוות אנשים מאוד נחמדים, יש פחות, יש מקום לשיפור
