צוות המלון אדיב ושמח לעזור. המלון בסיסי מאוד מקום לשים את הראש כשצריך ללון בת''א. החדר נקי וארוחת הבוקר מעט יותר מיקונטיננטלית לדעתי מספקת.

A room reservation’s cancellation or modification made from the time of reservation and up to 48 hours before the date of arrival will not incur a penalty fee. A room reservation’s cancellation made less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, will be charged the full rate of the first night. Cancellations or modifications of a room's reservation made during a guest’s stay will incur a fee of the full rate of one extra night.
