Cancellation terms regular season:
5 days before the arrival date, the orderer will be charged NIS 100 or 5% of the order value (whichever is lower).
Failure to arrive - the orderer will be charged 100% of the order value.
Peak season (July, August, Israeli and Christian holidays):
Up to 21 days before the arrival date, the orderer will be charged NIS 100 or 5% of the order value (whichever is lower).
8-20 days before the arrival date, the orderer will be charged 25% of the order value.
7 days before the arrival date - the orderer will be charged 50% of the order value.
5 days before the arrival date, the orderer will be charged NIS 100 or 5% of the order value (whichever is lower).
Failure to arrive - the orderer will be charged 100% of the order value.
