Cancellation procedure: Regular season - up to 3 days before arrival - Cancellation free of charge. Less than three days before arrival - 50% cancellation fee for the order. Summer and holidays - cancellation of 14 working days and up to 7 working days prior to the date of the accommodation, will be charged 5% of the order value or 100 NIS less than the children, subject to the Consumer Protection Law. Cancellation Less than 7 working days prior to the booking date will be charged 50% of the total order value. Non-performance during all periods - will be charged 100% of the total order value
