קבלתי חדר בקומה העליונה 476\nאני ובעלי שנעזר במקל הליכה.\nהיה לנו מאוד קשה.המיקום.של החדר.המזגןלא עבד טוב.
אנו מתארחים כל שנה במלון לייקאוס הכל טוב אין טענות, הפעם מאוד התאכזבתי מהשירות.\nהיו חסרים מגבות בחדרים, התקשרנו מהחדר לקבלה במשך 15 דקות ויותר ולא היה מענה, התקשרתי כ- 3 פעמים מהנייד שלי וכל פעם השיחה התנתקה אחרי המתנה של 2-3 דקות ורק בפעם הרביעית ענו בקבלה ביקשנו מגבות כבר שולחים בשעה 16:50המתנו כשעה ולבסוף השתמשנו בעלי ואני באותה מגבת בשניה השתמשנו לפנים ולרגליים.\nבשעה 18:00 ירדתי לקבלה לבדוק למה לא שלחו מגבות הבטיחו לטפל אבל המגבות לא הגיעו.\nלמחרת בבוקר השתמשנו שוב באותה מגבת.\nניגשני למנהל הקבלה והודענו לו.\nהמגבות הגיעו אחרי שניקו את החדר.
בארוחת הבוקר היה חוסר, ביום הראשון קיבלנו פנקייקים מחוממים שהפכו קשים וכאשר ביקשנו חדשים פשוט חיממו לנו שוב זה היה לא נעים.\nביום השני המלון היה עמוס ולא נשאר מספיק לחם למשל כבר כשעה לפני סיום ארוחת הבוקר
